The Venetian series of chafers have a built-in brake mechanism that allows the cover to open and stop at any position up to 135 degrees. Accessories can be purchased separately. The Venetian series of chafers are crafted with 18/10 stainless steel to present the highest quality of their kind. Frames are made with heavy 18/10 stainless steels. Handles and legs are fabricated from solid brass. All chafers come complete with water and food pans.
